Appointments
To ensure we are able to work efficiently and effectively patients must complete and online consultation (PATCHS) if they wish to have an appointment with a doctor or nurse. Online consultation (PATCHS) means you do not need to phone. This ensures the right person receives your request and is able to resolve it quickly.
We also offer urgent same day appointments for medically urgent matters.
To ensure that we are meeting our patients medical needs but at the same time ensuring that we are keeping our patients, staff and the community as a whole safe, we are only booking telephone triage appointments with the GP. If necessary they can arrange a video consultation or invite you in to be seen face-to-face.
We also offer self-help and other support through PATCHS.
